Fusion Enertech participates in the Academic Symposium on “Building a World-Class Salt Lake Industrial Base

 On October 25, 2024, Mr. Huang Huai, chairman of Fusion Enertech, and Mr. Gong Zemin, co-chairman of the company, were invited by Academician Zheng Mianping to attend the Academic Symposium on “Building a World-Class Salt Lake Industrial Base” and the Seventy Years of Geological Work of Academician Zheng Mianping held in the capital city of Beijing. The vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and more than 20 academicians participated in the seminar, making it an important event in the field of salt lake resources development.

 During the conference, Mr. Gong Zemin, co-chairman of Fusion Enertech, delivered a speech titled “Salt Lake Resources Exploitation and High-Quality Development in the Context of the Belt and Road”. He emphasized that UDC Group Co., Ltd. and Fusion Enertech will firmly advocate the country's Belt and Road Initiative, and work together to obtain as much initiative as possible in international salt lake development for China by utilizing the advanced “Direct Extraction” technology. He pointed out that Fusion Enertech will build overseas environmentally friendly and highly efficient benchmark projects of lithium extraction from salt lakes, striving to change the current situation of destructive development of overseas salt lakes with practical actions, and contributing to the country's Belt and Road Initiative.

   At the highlight of the event, Academician Zheng Mianping presented the 90th anniversary albums to the representatives of six enterprises in recognition of their important contributions in the development of the salt lake industry. The symposium not only provided a platform for the participants to communicate and cooperate, but also injected new impetus to promote the sustainable development of salt lake resources.
